Disgusting service

This is by far thee worst hotel experience! So after staying at this hotel, being harassed by guests and dealing with the police at the end of my holiday i recieved an email, the lady Antoinette who handles the bookings apologized and offered a 50% discount on our next stay. After traveling a few hours finally reached the hotel in hopes of a better experience this time around, at 1am in the blistering cold my 3 year old baby along with the rest of my family were forced of the property, the owner and his wife denied everything that was promised and was absolutely rude. We have been guests at this hotel from inception sadly once the property has been taken over by new management it has become a ****** and unpleasant place. The situation could have been handled in a professional manner, for f@#% sakes it is the the hospitality industry after all!!!!!!! I highly NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY HERE!!!!
