UNPROFESSIONAL AND ****** TREATMENT AT HILL STAR DRIVING LICENCE TESTING CENTRE

My husband went for his drivers licence test at Hill Star Driving Licence Testing Centre on the 05Th March 2020, at approximately 08:30 am, the test commenced at 08:45. The examiner s name and signature is unclear on the marking sheet however the document number is W.C***. He then got into the instructor s vehicle after his pre trip inspections, proceeding to the alley docking section. The examiner then climbed out of the vehicle explained to him what to do in a very soft manner forcing my husband to ask him to repeat what he said, then his attitude suddenly changed and spoke to him in a rude and sarcastic tone. Told him to proceed with his alley docking, did his mirror checks and blind spots, indicated, put the vehicle in reverse and was about to do his clutch control when he told my husband he rolled forward with the vehicle when OFCOURSE the HANDBRAKE WAS STILL UP AND STILL INGAGED. He had even asked him to come and have a look that the hand brake was infact up. HE JUST TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD FAILED, PLEASE TURN AROUND AND GO BACK. When he went inside the office he told his colleague "THE WHITIE TALKS TO MUCH" I am appauled at the behaviour and especially the ****** remark made to his colleague. I demand that my husband therefore get a retest free of charge for his terrible ordeal at the HILL STAR DRIVING LICENCE TESTING CENTRE with immediate effect with a fair examiner that is not ******. Is this how HILL STAR is treating their customer s, yet we see countless taxi drivers etc getting their licence from Hillstar who s driving on pavements. How do you justify that?
