On Saturday, the 12th of September 2020, I went to the Hill Star traffic department to renew my drivers license and my son made an appointment for his learners. Yes there was a queue and we waited since past 7, however when they opened the queue moved quickly. When I arrived inside I expected another waiting period as well but to my surprise there was no waiting period. We completed our forms and both myself and son was out of there in less than 30 minutes. There was a lady ( I forgot to ask her name) , she had a white top with big flowers on - this lady is really a people's person, her personality really matches the big flowers on her top. She really made my day. The eye test, and the taking of my picture for the drivers card was so much fun with her. The cashier was so just so effective and moved on with her duties so swiftly. It's very seldom that we receive excellent service like this and during this uncertain times we need more service like this. Keep up with the good work.
