Misleading prices advertised

I went on airbnb to find accommodation and found Hilken Lodge in Umhlanga. The rate quoted on airbnb was 254 U.S. Dollars for 9 people per night for the dates provided however when I phoned them directly to check if this was indeed the price they sent me a quote for $411 for the same no of people per night. I phoned them to query how it is possible to get two completely different quotes & they said that is was peak season & this is why the rate was raised. I said that surely then they need to advertise the correct rate for the dates given if they are aware that this rate is incorrect on airbnb to which they rep**** they can't?! This is firstly shoddy business practice as they are deliberately misleading consumers on the airbnb site as well as in my opinion against the consumer act in SA. I will be contacting the National consumer commission SA re this but also wanted to warn other consumers about this so they don't have the same horrible experience.
