DSTV INSTALLATION

I have phoned this company to install a dish at my place. The appointment was scheduled for Monday the 1 February. On Tuesday the 2 February they arrived at round about 19:00 pm and left at 20:45. <br> <br> I am the only person staying at my place, I don't even have a domestic worker. On Thursday morning 4 February when I opened my jewellery box to put on my golden jewellery, I find that my necklaces, bangles and earrings were gone. I did phone the owner of Hi Lite and explain what happened, he suggested to do the polygraph test on the technicians. The test were done almost a week later on the 11 February and come out negative. Ever since I try to get in contact with the manager, but he is every single day in a meeting. I keep on leaving him messages to phone me back but he never phone me back. As I phone him the lady said no he will phone me back, but still nothing.
