Hikvision poor quality !!!!

Hikvision very disappointing warranty ! Replaced my DVR 6 month ago.....failed again.. now refusing to replace under warranty. Warranty only valid for 3 years from date of original installation irrespective of replacing faulty components within warranty period??? Would have thought you would get at least 1 year on replaced parts??
