Hikvision is the worst brand ever

I have exactly the same issue as Chris N. Hikvision has the worst user interface on the planet. Will never buy any Hikvision products again, and will also inform all potential buyers of their products to rather do some research and find a better CCTV supplier. I am going to purchase a different brand.
