Hikvision

As a business (Metric Financial Services (Pty) Ltd), we have a few properties that has Hikvision cameras installed. With the initial installation and app setup, we worked with a distributor of Hikvision. The installer has access to our passwords as super user and we are not able to access our own systems. He as not been correspondent in out attempt to correct the problem. Further we tried to contact Hikvision in order to assist in resetting the passwords, but they keep referring us to local distributors who then charges us to make these changes. This is not a reasonable option, as we should be able to access our own systems and control them and not be charged a fee for a problem created by Hikvision and its distributors. This is a urgent matter that needs to be attended to, for obvious security reasons. The services we received from Hikvision is unacceptable and further since we are still struggling to resolve this issue.
