yellow suzuki swift 1.6

I bought a SUZUKI SWIFT 1.6 with a broken right tail light. Gavin the branch manager promised me to have it replaced and said its on the back order and I have been waiting for a year now and his refusing to help, every time I WhatsApp him he says he will call me shortly. I have tried head offices of HMG and they send me directly back to him.
