Car sold to Them, still waiting on Payment

An agreement was entered between Highway Motors and Mr JR Julius my husband to sell our car on the 1st of April 2015<br> After receiving confirmation telephonically and face to face that the EFT transfer will be done by Erens *** , we are still waiting. Now Erens has attitude. We have contacted our LegalAid and faxed and registered letters has been send,yet this so called business owner still feels the need to avoid payment and treating customers the way he feels. This blatant disrespect,how many people are they doing this too they are drawing interest on peoples money, that is if we ever get the money due this is blatant *****. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO THESE PEOPLE THAT DO THIS TO INNOCENT TRUSTING CONSUMERS ITS NOT FAIR!!! how can we get help.<br> <br> This is such a stressful situation, these people get away with this horror
