Bad service

<p>I booked in at highveld spa for a weekend..they were very rude and unfriendly..I spoke to them most of the time I booked an extra chalet which we cancelled on Friday they couldn't even refund us or use that money toward the chalet that we were staying in..the owners were very rude they spoke to us like we are animals they didn't even pay back our full days money for saturday..the treatment that we got we don't know is it bcoz of color but they are very ******.I won't recommended anyone to go there.. the owner basically attacked me that's why we had to take our money and leave </p>
