Terrible Service and False Advertising – Avoid Telkom Highveld Mall!

My experience with Telkom Highveld Mall has been nothing short of a nightmare. It’s been FIVE DAYS, and they still haven’t managed to activate my SIM card! Instead of providing solutions, they keep coming up with excuse after excuse. Clearly, customer service and efficiency are not their priorities.

To make matters worse, they advertised a watch, yet conveniently didn’t have it in stock when I got there. They couldn’t even give me a date for when it might arrive. Honestly, I doubt we will ever see that watch. This feels like blatant false advertising to lure customers in.

I am beyond frustrated with their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this branch – you’ll thank yourself later!
