Highveld mall

Hello on 8 October at Highveld mall Witbank my mother withdrawn money from Nedbank ATM it was R17000 rands after she went to the toilet because she is old ,she thought she is safe because is a mall there's many cameras but No, there's some people who is looking for her money,she went to the toilet immediately she enter in the toilet they were some lady who was following her she pushed the door and enter with her and threatened my mother not to make a noise she took all the money after touch my mother on the shoulder and she get dizzy she was confused.my mother she still sick and stress about what happened she cant even eat properly.
