Music played very loudly

The music in the mall is played so loudly that it makes the shopping experience horrible. If they are trying to attract younger people then it's great, but in the mornings on week days these people are usually at work or school. For older people this does not work. You go in and out as quickly as possible to get what you need and do no window shopping. We have asked on many occasions to have the sound reduced but to no avail. I have changed my pharmacy to another mall - much less stress and noise. Unfortunately I know a lot of other older people who have done the same. It's a pity as I used to enjoy going there. They should have consideration and have the music levels up after school hours and weekends - let us oldies shop without being blasted with sound on weekday mornings.
