Disgusting don't put your loved ones in highveld garden retirement

Put my mother in highveld garden retirement and in frailcare. She had to go to icu due to dehydration and bed sores and not given tablets. The staff are not qualified and the sister never checked on her. When we arrived to visit she was lying in her pj's at 12 noon with a soiled nappie and the sister didn't contact and knew nothing about it. It is disgusting and even my mom's physician specialist said this is terrible. No exercises, no tablets as she had to have a blood transfusion and it always smelt of urine. My sister nearly got sick cause the bathroom was so dirty. The ambulance arrived and John said we must pack her things and go. The paramedic helped pack the car. I do not understand how you can advertise them on your side. You are a lidget company and I am taking this further. Poor old people. Please take them off your site.
