EXTREMELY POOR WORK AND THEFT

Nissan Hardbody NRB49993 required engine overhaul. Price quoted R31500. Vehicle driven to HDE from Maputo in mid Nov 2014. Vehicle collected and account paid 20 Dec 2014. Problems - no power, smoking and no aircon. Vehicle not roadworthy and loaded to trailer and returned in Feb 2015. New quote to repair diesel pump R23381. Vehicle colected 2 months later and within one week smoked excessively. Diagnosis was the turbo faulty. Turbo removed and taken to specialist in Nelspruit. On stripping turbo excessive tool markings found on turbo interior. I purchased vehicle new and no work done on my turbo ever. Therefore NOT MY TURBO. Currently vehicle smokes less (after turbo refurbish) but engine uses oil at 2.5 liters per 50 liters diesel. This after only 8000km from date of engine overhaul. Aircon evaporator replaced with second hand inferior unit and aircon not functioning well. No reply from HDE after complaints lodged. R55k wasted money paid to HDE!! plus R6k to fix a turbo that is not mine. R61k loss. Engine useless.
