We purchased a 20kva generator via Ivan Pillay. After paying the invoiced amount of R15,000, we were requested to pay transport and insurance to KS Transport for an additional R15, 000. A delivery date was confirmed but apparently before dispatch of unit can take place we had to pay another R9500 for TAX?? We said we'll arrange once item delivered and confirmed Vat information and never heard from them again. They do not answer any phone number or reply to further emails. Bank is currently trying to retrieve funds (at additional fees which we paid) but does not sound promising.
