Rude and Possible **** Company

The person who answers the phone Ivan is rude, he just tells you to send an email and when you tell him that you did and there is no response he slams the phone down. when you call back he doesn't listen and drops the call again. Rude and Possibly a **** Company. when you keep calling eventually they dont answer at all
