Worst place to visit as a black person Receptionis very ******

If you are a black person expect the receptionist to remind you that you are black and she is white

I left the place not only feeling disappointed but belittled and insulted

The gentleman who’s number is on the website is very professional and understanding , we had not booked online but he reserved a room for us coz we were 30 minutes away

The receptionist did not only refuse to open but upon our arrival she asked us to step back for her to assist her preferred guests even though we were first to arrive

She missed something on her bank machine but went on to say our card is declining

She asked why I had to fill in the registration for my partner coz he can write for himself

Because we were already there and the call with the gentleman was welcoming we decided to stay 🤷♀️

She gave us a room with 2 uncomfortable single beds

She noticed that we were not happy and insisted on talking about it

As we were trying to express our feelings, she pulled a race card

Went on to say we can leave if we want to go , without further argument we decided to wrap it and stay

She ruined our outing to a point where we couldn’t even sleep over as planned

Paid a R1000 to stay for only 2 hours and leave without checking out coz we couldn’t take it.
