Hightech or Hi-tech astroturf poor service

(1) Mr. Washington does not return your calls, he has zero interest in keeping to his word. (2) Does not do a proper a job, when we brought it to his attention, he basically quoted nearly half of initial cost to fix. (3) Would not recommend.
