I purchased daddy vouchers for zip-line adventure with highstakes venue - included R50 bonus voucher each towards clay ***eon shooting.<br> <br> I emailed Gerry on 1 December and had no reply and on the 3rd I telephoned to make a booking.I enquired telling the person which deal I had purchased and asked about expire date. I was going to make the booking on the 6th and he said not to worry because I had until Feb 2016. I asked 3 times if he was sure & he reassured me. I made a booking for the 21 December & was told to arrive anytime from 8 - 9 & we could discuss ***eon shooting or maybe bow & arrow shooting for my son. <br> On arrival everything was a bit unorganised, I was then told we never had a booking. I had to show the lady my name which was scribbled on the top of the book. She then informed me my deal had expired and we could not do the ***eon shooting as Daddy Deals would not pay them out but we could still do the zip lining. Even after I had told her that I had booked & confirmed all, she didn't seem to bother. I was very upset as I had arranged a full day with my family and was very embarrassed we dove 1h20 to get there.
