Bad Quality Ink with No Warranty offered

<p>We purchased ink from Highline Solutions last year, and it gave a few streaks initially.<br />It is now so bad, that the entire page is printing in magenta, and it has damaged our printer.</p> <p>When contacting Highline, they said the generic toners usually streaks when it is almost finished and if you replace it with a new one it will start printing fine. We have printed so few prints, due to the streaking, and the cartridge shows full. Which in other words shows this is not the case.<br /><br />They will not accept the return of the product. It is only now that we are needing to use the printer, and we are stuck in this dilema. Shocking product, and shocking service!</p>
