Poor service and communication

I bought a BMW e90 from this guys, i had to fight with them the first day when they took the car to the locksmith to cut the key since they wanted to give me key as it is and to think i arrived early in the morning around 9 i only got the vehicle around 16h30 since the sales person took the vehicle and run errands with it the whole day after dropping me off at the mall, i was not told that when it rains, water gets inside the vehicle, within a week after buying the car the engine light popped up, the vehicle had alot of problems which i ended up fixing from my own pocket because they were no longer answering my calls, as i was busy fixing everything myself i found out that lot of cables were bridged including brake sensors, their service is very poor and the boss has an attitude
