Highline Motors - Gleneagle - Johannesburg

I write this review in total disgust and sadness and would not want the rest of South Africa to go through the same experience. So I purchased a vehicle from Highline motors in Gleneagle close to The Glen Mall. From the offset they seemed very ***** as the advertised the car as a 2021 model just to find out this is actually a 202o model. This vehicle I bought in June 2022 for R580 000 where it was advertised with a towbar on, there car did not have the electronic towbar on as advertised and I ended up paying half to instal a towbar on the car. The car was advertised with a spare key, when I asked where the spare key is I was told they can get me a new key for R3000 from their contact at VW The Glen. Besides this the weekend after I got the car I went to Cape Town with the car and was left destitude in Laingsburg on the N1 somewhere in the Karoo with my wife and 2 babies, when I contacted them all that was said is sorry. Now here it comes, I am in the process of selling the car and right now I cannot as this vehicle had repairs done to the value of R420k (In 2021) which means this vehicle was almost written off but they fixed it and sold it for full retail price, this was not shared with me and it definitely underhanded by these ******, This car was bought from SMD, almost written off fixed and sold ……… I am sitting with this vehicle now however I will not take this battle sitting down and will take this to the highest court in South Africa ……… Do not trust this lot as they done care about anyone’s money, safety and family.
