Bought a BMW E60 520d in 20017 and had agreed on a few things to be sorted (some of which were not done) with the owner (Joe). Upon receiving the vehicle, the original BMW battery that was in there had been swopped with an aftermarket one that died within 6 months and there was oil spillages in the battery compartment. When I reported, the owner wanted me to bring the car so he can swop the battery with another one from on of the cars in stock - meaning, another customer would have been **********.
And that's not even where the poor service started... When I wanted to test drive the car, I was given all sorts of excuses about how the owner wouldn't allow a test drive without there been an application on the car. And then I was spun a lie about how the owner was on holiday in Durban and then suddenly overseas and didn't want to be disturbed when I asked them to call the owner.
It was only when I insisted that I would not put in an application before a test drive that I was eventually allowed to do one.
I will never do business with these high class ****** again, and would not advise anyone to.
