Terrible and Dishonest Service

As previously stated by the other reviews, shoddy workmanship and their 'guarantee' is not worth more than the paper that it is written on.

My father called them regarding a problem with the fridge to which the technician, Maxwell, came out and 'diagnosed' the problem and stated that the fridge needed to be re-gassed and the system cleaned. Not even a week after Mr Maxwell had supposedly repaired the fridge that the fridge stopped working again.

Mr Maxwell subsequently came back to 'investigate' the fault and claimed that it was now something completely different wrong with the fridge. Mind you, this is a fridge that is +-5 years old.

Countless efforts from my father trying to get Mr Maxwell to come out to repair the fridge and Maxwell's failure to honour his own agreement to come out on multiple occasions - days and times set by Maxwell himself.

I would personally not recommend this companies services to anyone that I cared about and/or anyone looking for honest technicians.
