Poor Poor service

we received a Groupon voucher to stay at the Highlands Rose country house as a birthday gift. But the voucher is only valid for one month. Go to the website and see witch weekend is available and book. The next 2 months is fully booked, we can't take leave during the week. I spoke to the person responsible for the bookings, Ignas, he said i must mail him all the info. he rep**** to 1 email, to say The weekend that we want to come, is Easter weekend, and special does not apply. Then i asked if we can extend the voucher to May even if i have to pay extra - No reply - Asked again if they can help - Still no answer - So why waste time advertising the business and making your vouchers only for a month when in fact your Fully booked ??
