Stay away from this place

The owner of Highlands Mountain lodge is sooooo rude with the most horrific attitude! After I paid my deposit I asked her some normal questions, for example where we would get the key etc. and this lady started to yell at me and was sooo rude!! After I paid my deposit she only informed me about a breakage deposit we need to pay cash once we arrive. I said to her you can't tell clients after they booked about extra cost suddenly and again she was so rude! She **** to me as well. Unfortunately I already paid my deposit and it was too short notice to find other accommodation. Upon arrival she told my husband how rude I was to her....I mean really!! We were to scared to even breath in the house, because there was just rules everywhere. Two other couples also stayed there and they had the same experience with her being so disgustingly rude. I would advise anyone not to stay at this place. She will ruin the entire holiday/weekend for you. This place is so sly.
