What happened to my favorite golf outing

very disappointed with my recent game at Highland Gate golf course. the course golf is still magnificent ...BUT what has happened to the running the club house. New way of collecting your carts is a total mess. Nobody to tell you where to go. Marshalls on the course that are rude and don't actually look at the full picture before being unpleasant. Food at halfway was disgusting, with no response from the waiter when I complained. Had to go find a waiter to serve us after the game ....and find them again when we needed to pay. Course was in excellent condition ...apart from the bunkers ...what a pity about the service from the VERY under par management. And by the way, I played well.
