Worst service

I booked this company to treat my house as well as my son’s home. His was also for ant treatment. They phoned me on Tues. evening (13/2/28) and confirmed the booking for 13:00 on 14/2/18. At about 12:30 on 14/2/18 they phone bed me to say that they were unable to make it that day, but would be there the following morning @ 09:00. I waited for them until 11:00, phoned them and was told by the Manager that he had phoned me the day before to tell me that they would be late on the 15th. This call never happened. They eventually turned up early afternoon, but could not do the ant treatment on the verandah as it was raining. An appointment was made for them to come back on Tues. 20/2/18, but once again they did not turn up, nor did they phone. I phoned Bongi on Wed 22/2/18, left a message for her to phone me, but no call. Today (23/2/18) I again phoned her - not available. Asked to speak to the manager - also not available but left a message. No call as yet. Bongi then phoned me at 13:30 and said she would find out when the guys were going to pitch and phone me back. You guessed right - no phone call. I would not recommend this company to anyone if this is how they treat a first-time customer.
