Very disappointed with their lack of follow-up service. Was happy with their initial service and explanation, and promised a 3 month warranty on their work and should the problem persist, they would come back. The warranty is valid until 25 May, 2021, and emails are going unanswered and have been ghosted. Am very disappointed as worried the problem will escalate again due to lack of follow-up. I would not recommend them for this purpose.
