Poor Management with Shocking Service

Poor management & shocking service for prebooked events paid for weeks in advance.

They never setup the venue, never even cleared it of patrons until we insisted, we ended up setting up the whole venue, including carrying furniture out & in, setting tables, hanging balloons, reminding them to light fires, take their sports decorations down,etc. Very disappointing from a local venue you have supported many years. They clearly have no event managing s****s to handle wedding receptions, Dont Waste Your Money unless you happy to be late for your own party due to their lack of event management s****s. Spoilt the whole party!
