Highfield Outdoor Blinds

I have been trying since July 2024 to get Bruce from Highfield Outdoor Blinds to replace the clear 'windows' in our outdoor blinds that have been damaged by UV rays. He obviously knows that there's a problem because all the other outdoor blinds installed in our complex after ours have a canvas flap to protect the windows when not in use or when the blinds are not rolled up. He keeps saying he'll come out but to date he hasn't done so. I even gave him a deadline and informed him that should we not get the matter resolved by the deadline that I would have no option but to resort to this platform.
