Bad service and products

We have recently bought meat. The next day when we wanted to use the meat we noticed that the meat was off. Unfortunately we only were able to return the meat and try and get a refund a few days later. The owner treated my wife very bad and infront of staff and customers. He agreed to pay the refund but then forbit us from the stoor and my wife was chased away to go and shop at other places. We would do that gladly, because no person need that kind of treatment any day of the week. I would thought with the current economic situation any business would try and keep customers and also give them an experience so that they can recommend others. But for now I will not recommend people to buying products at this place as customer care and service is not very good. And obviously customers are not treated as valuable.
