High Performance Film (HPF) SHOCKER!!!

I used a man by the name of Lionel Ehlers who represents a company called High Performance Film (HPF) to install infrared film to the skylights in my house. The film is used as an insulator to keep heat and UV rays out during Summer, and the under floor heating warmth in during Winter.<br> <br> I feel obliged to save you from the unsavoury experience that I had. <br> <br> The experience was unpleasant, these are the lowlights:<br> <br> The workmanship was terrible and upon completion of the installation I queried the worker who said that it doesn't attach/stick properly on Perspex, as it is meant for glass - I was not informed prior to installation, as my skylights are perspex. I immediately contacted Lionel to query and complain about the work. Lionel is one of those characters that is constantly \out-of-office"... impossible to contact.
