High on Spares are not trustworthy to do business with

Do not trust High on Spares. I had purchased items from them on the condition that the items work in my vehicle or my money back. This was clearly written on the invoice.

I went to the suppler with the my vehicle to test the items and they did not work on my car. I left the items with the supplier and never removed them from the premises.

The manager then told me that they would process the refund after talking to the owner. Afterwards, they refused to refund the monies and offered to give me a credit note (which I still don't have).

I advised the owner that in terms of the CPA I am entitled to a full refund, where he responded that it was not his fault the items did not work on my vehicle.

He now refuses to take my calls or answer my messages.

Do not buy from this company.
