High Croft Lodge, Umzumbe - WORST ESTABLISHMENT - DO NOT BOOK!!

Elaine the owner is the hardest person to work with, she has no clue about the requirements of the Hospitality Industry. We booked out the entire venue for my wedding and paid a HUGE amount for the use of the venue. Once we had departed Elaine decided to not pay me back our deposits for 14 rooms @ R300 ( R4200 )each because we used some water from the taps to wash dishes that my guests used... Elaine was unable to be helpful towards me so she hired a lady to assist us because she was unable to be available, then she tells me I must now pay for this lady to help at another unseen cost... NO ELAINE that would come out of the venue fee i paid you. After the event all the food was packed away for lunch the next day... The next day we could not find the food as Elaine the owner decided to come and ***** all of the remaining food for herself... DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, IT IS A ******* AND YOU WILL LEAVE MORE STRESSED THAT WHAT YOU ARRIVED... Also please bring your own soap as Elaine doesn't supply soap for her guests and please also bring your own domestic worker as High croft lodge does not clean the rooms at all...
