High Care EMS

very disappointed with High care EMS staff after my car was bumped by Bonginkosi who works for High care EMS. We tried to get the matter settled in a very civil and correct manner however he allowed his colleague by the name of Roy to call and belittle me and my wife. Am very disappointed in how the matter was handled and will certainly inform the health ombudsman with regards to the matter as the company vehicle was used to damage my vehicle.
