HIFIINSTALLATIONS
I cannot recommend Hi-Fi Installation. While Control4 is an excellent automation system, the quality of the installation was unacceptable. What should have been a simple, seamless setup turned into months of frustration. The project ran from March to June and still wasn’t working correctly. Lights are incorrectly linked between rooms, scenes fail after every power outage, cables have been left in a chaotic and potentially unsafe manner, wall switches were reinstalled with poor workmanship, and even speakers were propped up on makeshift boxes. Despite repeatedly raising these issues, I received excuses rather than solutions. This was one of the worst installation experiences I have had. Avoid this company if you value quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
