Customer service getting worse

I love to buy all my electronics here, yesterday 15/4/2026 I've probably bought my seventh TV there. The reason for the one star is for customer service and it's getting worse. The only person that was really helpful was a guy called Mabala. After we paid he had to take the tv out of the box to test it but he was struggling on his own, my son had to help him. Mabala had to attend to another customer, so my son and I had to put the TV back in the box by ourselves, while the other employees was just looking at us. Some people gets special treatment when buying big items and they are even helped with that big item to their cars, we had to carry our own 65 inch TV to our car, which I don't mind but PLEASE treat every customer with respect and dignity irrespective of their race or skin color.
