I order a 300 W power station from HiFiCorp on 16 December 2025 which was supposed to be delivered in 2-5 days. To this day I have not received the power station, when I initially contacted HiFiCorp, they told me that the courier (Aramex) say they don't know where my package is. Then I requested a refund since they can't honor their promise, they told me that they will only process it once they get their power bank. On the 02 January 2026, I called then they promised that they will get back to me at 16:00 and they never did
