I paid for a Hisense 14kg T loader titan 22 May 2025, received sms for expected date of delivery dated 27 May 2025

I paid for a Hisense 14kg T loader titan 22 May 2025, received sms for expected date of delivery dated 27 May 2025. I received another sms confirming delivery on 26 May 2025 for expected delivery on the 27th. On 28 May 2025 called the store checking for item paid, they promised to get back to me, but no one reverted back to me. I did a follow up 29 May 2025, at first the phone was hung up on me. I called again then I was told the machine hadn’t arrived but they would get back to me. It was only after I logged a complaint with them online when they got back to me to tell me the item was out of stock. To my surprise, I was assured when I made payment that they had checked with the warehouse that the item was available and when I suggested to purchase it online, and was advised to pay for it at the store. I’m currently at the store requesting for item I purchased. Please find attached documents that attest to my review.
