Heinz driving school is TERRIBLE!!!!!
I would not recommend Heinz driving school! I had the worst experience ever. When we paid Elma we did not hear a word from her for over a month only after my mom reached out to her she then booked me for a lesson which I then did not drive according to her it was going to rain, I was in her car for 5min then she dropped me off. After that she started to cancel my lessons, lesson after lesson I counted 16 lessons she cancelled which her excuse was she was in traffic or she needs to take her daughter to netball games or weather conditions and a lot of times where she just does not show up to pick me up for lessons and her responding that she forgot. There were times where she would tell me she was going to be late, but then she would just sit in her car down the street from my house. I was at her driving school for 3 months, how can it take that long to get a license?! Elma was very rude and disrespectful, I was in tears after every lesson with her. She was constantly on her phone during my lessons. I would ask her questions about road rules or something like that and she would yell at me for not knowing it and only after I was in tears she would then assist me nicely. In total I did 5 lessons with her, which only 3 of those lessons were parking lessons and then she stopped booking me for lessons, I would message her nicely and ask when my next lesson would be and she read the messages but never rep****. My mom started asking her and she would reply back saying she is busy. Only after my mom told her we are going to move to another driving school and want half of the money back she then sent me dates and times for lessons and begging me to stay and that she would make up for the lessons she cancelled. I went to a different driving school and got my license within 3weeks I was with them. The worst experience ever. Elma is the meanest person I have ever met.

Worst driving school ever
Worst experience ever. Bad communication and service. She is rude and disrespectful. Always on her phone during lessons and making calls or sending voice notes. I was hoping to get my drivers licence during the June/July school holiday so we contacted Elma in May. It took me nearly 2 ½ months to finish 10 lessons with Elma. She cancelled and rescheduled almost all of my lessons and up to this point I cannot confirm whether I actually had 10 driving lessons with her or not. She is always making an excuse why she cannot make it for your lesson. First it was traffic, then her daughter injured her leg, all of this I excused because things in life happen but it became such an inconvenience for me. In my last lesson I had enough of her, I asked her for help with something to which she just responded in a rude tone and continued with her phone, and she then only helped me after I was in tears. In my last lesson I also asked her if she thought I was ready for my test (I knew I wasn't but wanted to hear what she had to say) she mentioned that we should pay for an additional 5 lessons. We then gave her a call and my mother pointed out that she was on her phone throughout all of my lessons, to which she responded that she had told me she would be on her cellphone to book drivers tests, but I was not informed of this, regardless it does not excuse that she was also on her cellphone throughout all of my other lessons. When we asked about the other lessons that we had to book, Elma now suddenly said that I was actually ready for my drivers test. At one point I had gone 2 weeks without a lesson, after contacting her 3 times to send me time slots and when I finally had a lesson again she had the audacity to tell me that I was not practicing enough. One week I was supposed to have a lesson on Thursday and Friday. My Thursday lesson ran late and because of this I accidentally forgot my learners licence in her car, she then also ended up cancelling my Friday lesson. I then messaged her asking about the licence and she told me she would come drop it off tomorrow (Friday) On Friday she said she would rather come drop it off Sunday or Monday, by Monday I was getting annoyed because she wasn't even reading my messages and left me on seen until Wednesday. She did not even apologise. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Heinz Driving School Kempton Park *******!
I tried to empower one of my workers to pay to get his drivers license, I paid Heinze Driving School based in Kempton Park in full, only after Elma received the payment she advised she does not do Code 10, 2 months down the line no refund yet, and she promises everytime to refund, but she stole my money unfortunately.I was advised by my lawyer to warn as many people on social media as well which i will start doing. I do not recommend this company at all.

Dishonest with no service delivery or refund
Terrible experience. Took our money, did not follow through. Not a single lesson and years of requests for the service paid or a refund unheard. Horrible. Over R3000 for nothing. It was a gift that was ignored and could not get refunded asked so many times for a refund, no learners no lessons and no communication. I have ALL the paperwork
