Hideaway Llundudno is a ****

Atrocious service! They had water problems the previous weekend and so I rescheduled my stay for 22 Jan.

We rung the bell and nobody answered for us. We called Rachel whose phone was off and then called Thembi and she said it wasn’t her problem and hung up the phone. Both their numbers were listed outside the property.

We ended up not even staying there and they won’t refund us.

Nobody even bothered making contact with us to see if we checked it or why we were not there.

And on top of it - they didn’t say they were ‘fully booked’ and just put us in a different room than what we paid for (no sea views and basically a room in the garage).

Never book with them.
