*****ed and Filthy !!!! - Hideaway, Cape Town, Llandudno

I'm very disappointing in the false advertising of this place. The filthy state of the rooms, and smelling like a shack. The advertised pool are not for use, only for the owners use. No safe parking, your car is left outside in the open etc...To top it off its located in Landudno, one of Cape Towns top areas, yet its absolutely disgusting giving the area a bad name. Whats worse is Booking.com do not protect the holiday makers for they have been of no help with us getting our money back since we've started inquiring. I believe this is ******** and the owner should be prosecuted and I need my money back with extra as Ive also had gone to inspect the place to eliminate the already bad reviews, which turns out to be true ! The place is a DUMP !
