False advertising and false promises

<p>Note that we arrived the Friday to have a look at the place and there was no one there to receive us, eventually when someone came we asked them to show us the room that was ten time smaller than advertised.</p> <p>There is also no swimming pool or hot tub as advertised, the braai area was build for a child, no man would be able to braai there.<br />Stairs are horrific, and the place is falling apart. Absolutely not child friendly.</p> <p>Before we left, we got the owners number, Amy, my husband gave her a call and said that we want a full refund as we will not be staying there for the weekend due to false advertising and we requested a romantic turn down which they confirmed and nothing special was done to the room we booked. The owner agreed to a full refund and asked that we send an email to them so that they can process it.
