Unhappy with the service we got at hide away Bela bela

When we arrived on the 24th April our opposite neighbour's they made such a noise, we woke up with noise on Saturday. I then booked a room for our drivers on Saturday the 25th April. My son then open the room for them which we got it from Teboho. On Sunday I was told that they slept in a tenants house. I was like how did that happened because we got the key from the reception on the very same day that I paid my son told me that the room didn't not have the beds and TV which I thought maybe those rooms are like that but also I was shocked in that I paid 1200 for the drivers. Yesterday the owner of place said she does not care if I'm taking her to hello Peter and she asked why didn't we complain in that there were no beds in that room. How are we supposed to know. I would like to be refunded that is my plea. What's frustrating is that they don't want to take accountability they even threaten to call police on my drivers. The tenants also came at the reception to ask where did we get the key, my niece ask the tenants if they forgot the key at the door and they said no.
