Hide away Resorts trauma and horror

Fridge is not working properly, beds are very old and uncomfortable, couch sooo uncomfortable very old and dirt their floor has cracked the entire house hss spider webs. No cleaners and we were told to clean on departure failure to which we won't get our deposit checklist done in our absence, no toilet rolls. Breakfast is s nightmare, yesterday we were served flapjacks with boiled eggs and a fruit kebaab(apple, banana and watermelon) and 1 glass of juice. Today I was served plain tosted bread with butter and juice. Breakfast doesn't have coffee neither water their breakfast being R85 yet i was only served toested bread with butter and juice and i was told that theres nothing that they can do . When we wanted to check out before the expected date due to their treatment, they didn't want to give us our money neither pay for our Breakfast. They don't deserve any rating all they deserve is Zero. The owners are so rude, walk away when try to address our concerns they didn't take our concerns or issues into consideration
