Product Not Delivered

My order has gone unfulfilled two months after purchase. I received a receipt of purchase with a tracking number. After entering the tracking number on Royal Mail's website, it says the system is unable to confirm the status. I sent them a message through Facebook, no reply. I emailed them stating my disappointment in their lack of good customer service, and explaining my order had not arrived - the reply I got was yet another receipt of purchase with an invalid tracking number. I received a Facebook message from another customer who had not received her order either. She told me that her comments were deleted and they blocked her on Facebook. So I took to Facebook to read some comments to see if others were having the same problem, turns out it's a pattern. And they delete any negative comments, like when I rep**** to people who asked what others' experience was with the company. Other women rep**** to my comments saying that their comments had been deleted. So now Hidden Cosmetics have blocked me on Facebook and will not reply to my emails. Do not order anything from this company! They have horrible customer service, they do not follow through with their orders. They are *****ing money from customers! If I could give them no stars I would.
