No feedback at all for shipping ordered on their website

Emailed then on 16/08/17 Ordered on 13/08/17 Order#: 7393

As above, I ordered for them, on their website they advertises that their shipping time for international is 14 days.

I have still firstly not received ANY feedback on the follow-up email that was sent to them

Secondly, I have since still not received my order.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and it is completely unacceptable.
